Pier Information: Pier 60 is located in Clearwater, Florida on the popular Clearwater Beach in the Gulf of Mexico.

This pier is well known for it's night time Snook fishing because of the lights around the pier. The lights attract baitfish which in return attract snook and other species.

The great thing about this pier is you never know what you might catch because there are so many different type of species that can be around at any given time and many BIG Snook have been caught from this pier.

Live or frozen bait is what most anglers use when fishing this pier with a medium to heavy rod and reel.

The pier is up high off the water so you will need a rod strong enough to bring your catch up over the railing.

This is one of my favorite piers to fish because you are able to be right in the middle of all the excitement of Clearwater Beach and the other festivities going on, all while trying to catch the big one.
